Our small, established company with multiple locations in Ottawa is looking for regular, weekly concierge-type support for one of our executives who is overwhelmed with his personal errands due to his intense travel schedule, and we need someone to step in and manage them.
This is a recurring need every Monday morning, starting at 9:00 AM, and it usually takes about 2 hours to complete the list, so we need someone super reliable and professional to handle this job with discretion.
The weekly tasks are always the same:
Picking up and dropping off dry cleaning at a high-end cleaner near our office.
Going to a small, specialty grocery store for 4-5 items (milk, bread, fruit).
Taking two bags of trash and recycling out from the executive’s apartment (near the office).
Dropping off a couple of Amazon returns at a drop-off box.
We are located in a secure building downtown, so access is via a fob which we will give you, and we expect excellent communication regarding the status of the errands.
