I am a new Small Business owner, just starting up my catering operation in a small commercial kitchen space in the Burnaby Heights area, and I'm totally overwhelmed with the amount of deep cleaning required to pass my first health inspection next week.
I’m only a 3-person operation right now, and we just don't have the manpower to scrub everything down on top of menu prep.
This is a one-time, intensive deep clean, which should take a strong person about 8-10 hours, and ideally, I’d like it done this weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
The work scope is pretty specific: degreasing all stainless steel surfaces and the ventilation hood filters, scrubbing the quarry tile floor (lots of grout work needed), cleaning the inside of the commercial oven and all the reach-in fridges, and totally emptying and wiping out all the storage shelves.
I can supply all the heavy-duty cleaning chemicals and equipment, like a floor scrubber and degreaser.
I will be on-site most of the time to answer any questions, but you’ll be the one doing the heavy lifting.
I prefer to pay in cash once the inspection-ready cleaning is completed to my satisfaction, which is typically standard practice in the food service industry.
Thank you for your consideration!
