Errands for a Small Real Estate Business in Northwest Calgary

We are a growing small real estate business in Calgary, and we need someone reliable to help us with weekly, time-sensitive errands related to property staging and client services.

We're talking about picking up welcome baskets, delivering keys, dropping off small marketing materials, and sometimes even grabbing a specialty coffee for a client meeting.

These are critical tasks that make our business look professional, so we need someone who is punctual and great at communicating.

We are a team of three people, and we are just too busy to manage all these trips ourselves, especially because many of the deliveries are in the Northwest quadrant where traffic can be intense.

This will be a recurring job, likely every Tuesday and Friday for about 2 hours each time.

We will provide a detailed route and all the items are ready to go from our small office.

We prefer to communicate via email for all the detailed instructions and receipts, as that keeps our records straight.

We are willing to negotiate on price based on your experience and how well you know the Calgary area.

The main tasks:

* Pick up and deliver 2-3 key sets/lockboxes to different properties.

* Purchase and deliver two custom client welcome baskets.
