Flower and Gift Basket Assembly for a Company Event

Our company is planning a small client appreciation event in Edmonton and we need a dedicated person to manage the purchase, assembly, and delivery of 15 gift baskets.

This is a one-time task happening next Friday, and the scope of work includes: buying specific flowers (like nice roses and tulips) and small gourmet food items from two different vendors near the downtown core.

I will provide a clear budget and item list for everything.

You'd be responsible for carefully assembling the items into the provided baskets at your location, and then delivering the 15 finished baskets to our office building.

We need someone who is very professional and has excellent attention to detail because these baskets need to look elegant and reflect our brand standards.

This task requires careful handling of fragile items (like flowers and glass jars) and a reliable vehicle for transport.

We’re looking for someone who can manage this entire process smoothly, from purchase to delivery, and keep all the receipts organized.

We will reimburse you for all purchases plus pay your task fee.

Parking is always a nightmare downtown, especially near the floral district, so allow extra time for that - welcome to Edmonton!
