We are a small business that has just started up here in Calgary, and we're already finding ourselves completely overwhelmed with all the little tasks that take us away from focusing on our clients.
We pay a flat rate per run plus reimbursement for gas and parking (if you have to pay).
I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles for all the tasks I take on, so this task sounds perfectly manageable.
* Pick up print paper and ink cartridges from the supply store.
* Drop off 4-6 small, pre-paid packages to client offices.
* Grab coffee for the team from our favorite spot.
We are looking for someone to handle our weekly errands like picking up office supplies from various stores and then delivering small packages to local clients around the downtown and Beltline areas.
This is a great opportunity for us to get some help, and it’s a great opportunity for someone who is looking for reliable, ongoing work.
This job is pretty straightforward, but you need to be organized and able to handle multiple stops.
It typically takes about 3 hours every Thursday morning between 9 am and 1 pm.
Our office is easy to find, but plan to arrive early as parking is difficult to find - it's Calgary after all and there are almost no free spots near our building.
