Retail Stock Pick-up and Drop-off for Our Small Business
Message From The Owner
  • We're looking for an experienced tasker to help our small business handle a recurring stock pickup and delivery in Edmonton.
  • Because our usual guy moved to Calgary, and we're really struggling to keep up with the volume.
  • We need someone reliable to pick up supplies from a few different retail spots – think office supply stores and maybe one or two specialized art supply stores downtown.
  • And bring them back to our home office, which is located in a residential area.
  • This is a task we'll need completed every two weeks, ideally on a Thursday or Friday morning.
  • The items are mostly boxes of paper, small packaging supplies, and maybe a few bulk orders of ink.
  • The total weight shouldn't be more than what a typical car trunk can handle.
  • We have a car and can travel 15-20 miles within the city.
  • But we need someone with a vehicle that can handle the volume of boxes, as we're usually sending you to pick up from 3-4 different locations each time.
  • You’d be responsible for checking the packing slip against the items when you pick them up to make sure everything is there before heading back to us.
  • We expect a professional and reliable service, as these supplies are critical to fulfilling our client orders.
  • I can send photos after everything else is agreed on to show you the typical size of the load.
  • We are open to discussing rates for this reliable, recurring bi-weekly job.
  • Pickup from 3-4 retail locations.
  • Verify contents against packing slips.
  • Deliver to our central Edmonton location.
