I'm an individual who is new to Calgary and my job has me traveling a lot, which makes it really tough to consistently help my elderly mother with her groceries and a few other errands she needs done each week.
We are looking for a reliable person to help with her shopping on a recurring basis, maybe once every week or every other week, depending on her needs.
This would mostly involve going to the main grocery store near her apartment building in the Northwest area and picking up her list of items; she's already prepared the list and will pay for the groceries herself, but she just can't carry the heavy bags anymore, especially with the winter weather coming soon in Calgary.
The main tasks would be: picking up groceries (she has a specific route she prefers), dropping off a few small packages at the post office, and maybe picking up her dry cleaning once a month.
The apartment building has easy access with a key fob that I will provide, and there is visitor parking available right outside.
I prefer a Saturday or Sunday morning window, but we are open to discussing rates and times if you have a different availability that works better for you.
You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.
