Message From The Owner
- We are a Small Business that has just started ramping up our operations near Brentwood, and we urgently need someone reliable for recurring weekly errands to keep our little office running smoothly.
- Our volume of work is overwhelming us now because we’ve had three new client signings this month alone, and we simply don’t have the internal staff availability to dedicate someone to admin runs.
- This task would involve a consistent 4-6 hours every Tuesday or Wednesday, starting immediately, and the work mostly includes going to Staples for paper and toner, picking up custom client materials from a print shop downtown, and dropping off packages at the post office.
- We are looking for someone who can show up ready to go and handle things independently, but we will provide a detailed list every week.
- We will provide a budget for supplies and all the necessary prepaid labels for the post office runs.
- This role requires moving around the Burnaby area, maybe a quick hop into Vancouver for the printing, so having your own reliable availability/transportation is important.
- We expect high quality and attention to detail, especially with the client materials, because these represent our professional standards.
- Collecting mail from our P.O. Box once per week.
- Making three stops on average for office supplies and printing.
- Our budget is flexible depending on your experience and reliable track record, and we are open to discussing rates for the right long-term partner.
