  • We are a small, professional company selling niche items, and we need a dedicated person to help us with weekly inventory management, which involves a specific pick-up and then sorting the items at our small storage unit in Calgary.

  • Our previous person moved away for school, so we are looking to fill this role immediately with someone who can commit to a long-term, recurring schedule.

  • We are growing fast, and this task is essential to our daily operations.

  • The task happens every Wednesday afternoon.

  • First, you'll pick up about 10 small boxes of inventory from a supplier’s warehouse (easy access and loading).

  • Second, you'll take them to our climate-controlled storage unit near the airport and spend about 2 hours sorting them by size and color onto the shelves.

  • The unit has easy access, and there's always parking available.

  • We prefer communication through this platform, and we expect a high level of organization and care with our products.

  • This is a very structured job, and we pay a flat rate for the 3 hours it usually takes.
