Urgent Office Furniture Pick-up and Drop-off for a Formal Company

Load old furniture (two small desks, four chairs).

Drop off old items at the donation center.

Pick up new furniture (one desk, two chairs) from the warehouse.

Deliver and unload new items at our office.

We are an established company in Calgary that just finished renovating a section of our office and we REALLY NEED to get rid of some old, small office furniture items and pick up the new ones this week. We are under a tight deadline to have the space ready for a client visit.

The old furniture needs to be dropped off at a specific donation centre, and the new furniture needs to be picked up from a warehouse in the industrial area of Calgary and delivered back to our office. The items aren't huge, like maybe two small desks and a few chairs, but you will definitely need a van or a truck.

We need this done between Wednesday and Friday this week, and we are willing to negotiate the rate depending on your vehicle size and availability.

Our downtown office building has a designated loading dock, but you need to coordinate with our concierge for access (they're super helpful, btw).

The main tasks are clearly defined, and we just need someone reliable to execute them quickly. I use transit but very reliable and need extra work this week.
