I recently moved into a smaller place in the Oliver neighborhood and I need someone to talk to who can help me rebuild my confidence and manage my anxiety.
The traffic on Jasper Avenue is always a nightmare, so I would much rather do our sessions online so I don't have to worry about travel or parking.
